Most people who sell businesses came up in brokerage. We came up running them.

We've been on your side of the table.

That's why we prepare a company before it goes to market instead of after problems surface. Why we tell you what an offer means after taxes and structure, not just the headline number. And why we'll tell you to wait when waiting is worth more than anything we could negotiate.

Meet Michael Farneti

Founder, M&A Advisor, CMA

Mike ran his own business before spending his career inside other people's, working as a Controller and VP of Finance. In those roles his job was figuring out what a company actually earned — not what the tax return showed, but what the numbers meant once you knew where they came from.

He's a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified M&A Advisor, which is an unusual pairing. Deal-makers typically hire out the financial work; accountants typically don't run deals.

He started Daring Haus Ventures after watching owners make the biggest financial decision of their lives without anyone in the room who knew their numbers as well as the buyer did.

He spends his free time with his 2 daughters, trying to find ways to get a kayak in the intracoastal.

Meet Joseph A. Baiunco

Senior Partner, M&A Consultant

Joe brings more than 38 years of senior leadership across multiple Fortune 200 companies, most of it spent in M&A, Labor Relations, and Human Resources. His stops include Florida Power & Light, Golden Bear Golf, GAF Materials, and Thermo Fisher Scientific, followed by a role as one of the operational owners of ConvaTec.

He has been central to shaping Daring Haus, pairing decades of experience with a sincere commitment to maximizing value for sellers in any industry. He left retirement to put that background to work for business leaders.

Joe holds a bachelor's degree from Temple University, where he was a four-year stand-out on the football team, and a master's in Management Science from the Florida Institute of Technology.
